“Vagabond Squad” is a full-length BMX video from the Weird & Revered crew. Filmed from 2016 to 2019, the project is community rooted with a strong focus on the Edmonton BMX scene. Although a majority of the clips are from the crew’s home city, the footage spans 9 countries, 8 American states, and 4 Canadian provinces and territories. Day 2 of our 5th year anniversary week, we have an awesome Edmonton edit from Mike Orita. Mike is a member of the 30+ club but shows no signs of slowing down/ still rides his bike for all the right reasons.

This summer the Transition Team headed out to Olds, AB to ride in the annual BMX Jam. After we camped out in Lacombe and hit up the Lacombe and Maskwacis parks the next day. We met up with some of the BMX Gallery 4130 guys from Calgary along so you know it was a good time.

The names Sean Tiffin or Riley Abramyk might not ring a bell for you yet but I’m sure they will after watching this. Sean and Riley absolutely killed the streets of Edmonton and Calgary, Alberta over the Summer of 2014. It was great getting to ride and film with these guys this past year and I’m looking forward to what’s next. Both of them are capable of some pretty absurd things on a 20″ bicycle so hit play! – Jared Chilko
