Northern Embassy X MacNeil Pivotal Seats

After a lot of drawing, designing, planning, emailing, looking at swatches, producing samples, testing and shipping we are very excited to finally release our collaborative Pivotal seat we made with MacNeil Bikes. MacNeil are the originators of the Pivotal seat, which has now become the industry standard. This seat is only compatible with Pivotal seat posts, with which there are no rails to bend or twist, and no ugly/heavy guts showing. If you haven’t had a Pivotal post on your bike in the last decade you are probably watching VHS tapes in the dark, so don’t worry about it.

We produced two seats on the popular Fat Cap shape, for maximum padding. One is a brown synthetic leather that will lighten and fade with use to give your seat a unique appearance. The second is a very grippy and textured black vinyl for those that want to keep their bikes dark. Both seats feature stitching on the nose and rear, our circle logo embossed on the back left, a light weight aluminum bolt and weighs in at 300 grams. Only 70 of each colour were produced, and once they are gone, they are gone for good.
