Dwok/Pole Jam’s/Dabventure’s Mason Gray finds time to shred in between being an all around bad ass/ BMX enthusiast and has earned himself a spot on the Make. Here’s Ride BMX and Vital’s recap edits from the 2016 XJam contest. Unfortunately both missed street best trick so you won’t see Cory Wiergowski do an uprail hard 180 whip or Gabe Truax do a hanger to crank to whip (amongst a bunch of other crazy shit) but you will see a ton of barspins, tailwhips amongst alot of quick hand/arm motions when landing stunts.

A little while ago I was at Value Village and noticed a weird looking 35mm camera with four lenses in the display case. I didn’t know anything about it but it was only 15$ with a flash so picked it up. Turns out this style of camera was used in the 80s to create 3D photos by shooting 4 images simultaneously and sending them away to have them processed into a lenticular image. Obviously I didn’t get these lenticular images printed, but you’re able to scan them and assemble them into an animated GIF to give a similar effect. Here’s a little gallery of riding photos from my first couple rolls.

“This is Ky’s first official 1664BMX part. This was filmed over the past 4 months through out the rainy winter months in Victoria, BC.
Derek Morgan held down the editing, and filming duties for this. Dealing with rainy, windy, cold, low light winter conditions on most sessions while working on this project its safe to say the boys put in work, and it shows! Enjoy, and welcome to the squad KY!
