I’ve been wanting to see Open Liquor for a while now. I was stoked when it showed up a couple weeks back and watched it for the first time with the Nova Scotian homie Greg Flag. Open Liquor does not disappoint, from start to finish it’s non stop drinking and shredding, the best kind. We hit up Dave Scott and Dan Buchanan about the dvd to get more info on it. Read on.

“If you’re around the old city hall in Vancouver go and check this gap. Ruben Alcantara gap off the top bench on the right to wall ride. This was shot during the filming for Grounded. That’s John Heaton filming on right, and if you look close you can John Povah getting another angle on the left. The main filmer was Waterpipe who was Teen-wolfing down the street on the roof of the van. As you tell he’s nowhere to be seen.

Ruben hung up a little on the edge of the door, got a flat, but rolled out of it, which is why the clip didn’t make the video. This photo originally ran in Ride UK.”
