THE NORTHERN EMBASSY

We don’t normally post up ads on here but this is going up for a few reasons. First because Greg is the man. Second because Albert Krolikowski took the photo and Albert is also the man. Third because the photo is from the Embassy Barcelona trip we took in December, and this is actually a banging clip of Greg in the soon to be released Embassy Barcelona DVD. Greg and Albert have a bunch of awesome clips in it and Albert has a slideshow of photos from the trip including this one. Thanks to the Barcelona locals who brought us to this sick rail, Greg and Dill killed it. Check back soon for more news on the DVD.

Another dope photo from David Hawthorne and more crazy shit from Chris Silva.

“Here’s a photo of Chris Silva: over grind on the ferry terminal bank in Kingston, ON. If Chris fell over he would have been fucked proper. He would have been in the drink with no way to get out. ”
– David Hawthorne

Beal has a cool little write up on his time in Barcelona/ filming for the Embassy DVD on repset here. Check it out and keep your eyes pealed for the Embassy Barcelona DVD/trailer/Zine/info, coming real soon.

Eric Trepanier filmed and edited this from the 514 jam that went down last saturday night at the Taz in MTL. Check it out for some dope riding and another angle of Dillon Lloyd up crankarm to opo whip. Featuring riding from Jason Herman, Rob Davidson, Joel Marchand, Jordane Dubois and Dillon Lloyd.

Here’s an edit that Dan Buchanan threw together from two indoor sessions, one on Drew B’s ramp in Truro, NS and one at the Menzie Ranch in Wood Islands, PEI.

Good to see my boys back east on bikes and staying warm.

Scott Barker (who’s work we love and have featured in the past) releases an online zine with almost every BMXFU video release. This time it’s a month or so after the DVD has dropped, but better late than never. Scott has released the zine as a separate Tumblr site featuring a HUGE selection of photos by himself and numerous other photographers, as well as some audio mixtapes and short video edits. Check out the BMXFU Zine and don’t stop scrolling.

Dillon Lloyd has been working on this one for a little while now but pulled it last night at the Taz/514 jam. Ridiculous, I think it’s safe to say he’s the first person ever to pull this? You’re the man Dill. Pretty sure his shirt helped him pull it…
