Nigel Sapriken has recently made the move from the Okanagan to Vancouver. After feeling out a few new parks, he has officially adopted Strathcona as his new home. Check out Nigel cruising a few lines in his new home.
I had seen a few photos of the finished product of this house, but didn’t know what it was about or even that it was a public art piece. This video about the making of a new public artwork by British artist Alex Chinneck in Cliftonville, Margate gives you a quick glimpse in to how it came about, and you can get a close up look at what is potentially the best looking street transition you won’t be able to ride. This has been in the works for a little bit now and I’m glad to see the video finally out. Jared Chilko has been added to the United Bikes World Team after leaving Superstar earlier in the year. Jared’s approach to videos and his riding in the last few years has moved more and more towards the simple and creative use of spots, and this video does a good job at showing that. Shout out to Jared for including Embassy in his answer to ‘Top 5 Websites?’ on his team page too. You can check out some older videos and coverage with Jared we’ve had on our site here also.
