There’s a good chance our site will be a bit slower over the next 2 weeks, as most of the Embassy contributors will be in Barcelona for our Embassy Vacation. We will be doing trip updates from Barcelona and will still be checking our Embassy email (northernembassy@gmail.com) for submissions so feel free to hit us up and check back for updates/ news on the trip over the next 12 days.

You probably remember Zach Rampen for his Slade edit, and 2011 mix edit, in the above edit we get to see Zach shred in front of the lens rather than behind. This edit is dope for alot of reasons but I’m really feeling the Salmon Arm/ chill BC atmosphere/ good song, along with all the sick shit Zach does throughout. Thanks for hooking this up Zach.

This is crazy, Devon hooked up this edit of Richard Gallant kicking the shit out of a bunch of Calgary rails. There’s a couple of backward kink rails in this edit, a full speed 360 over a rail, and a bunch more crazy shit that you’ll want to spend the next 3 minutes of your life watching. Check it!

Dave Hawthorne sent over this dope photo: “Jason Enns over feeble to hard 1, I shot this a few years ago when Jason was living in Winnipeg, right before he moved to California. The mind strays to friends in warmer climes when the winter starts to buckle down.” Thanks Dave!

Matt Walser hooked up this dope Web Mix he put together of him and his buddies from over the summer in Edmonton, AB. Apparently Matt doesn’t only shred on his bike but also behind a camera and editing program. Check it out and huge thanks to Matt for hooking this up!

Mike Fiz hooked up this dope article and this one of the infamous Montreal Big-O being relocated. It’s pretty amazing that $63,000 is being spent to relocate the legendary Canadian fullpipe/mini. A ton of respect goes to the Saputo family for respecting this spot and it’s history enough to keep it alive.

Seshin Bikes had a stacked Canadian team for years. Ted Efthymiadis had a skill for finding shredders across the country before they blew up, at a time where web edits were still at a minimum. Between 2001 to 2008 Seshin had a lineup consisting of Corey Dewey, Greg Flag, Jeff Evans, Zane Hudson, Dillon Lloyd, Drew Bezanson, Matt Walser, Sam Lowe, Brent Webb, Kean Fougere, Jared Chilko, Mark Lockhart, Andrew Gobbo and Steven Moxley. Check out this feature for some Canadian bmx history.
